Families Move Into Suburban Development

By Kyle Piraino

Living in the suburbs, community is a big part of that type of lifestyle. Normally, people who are moving into the suburbs are people who are trying to start a new era of their lives. A new family who is trying to find their bearings as a family and to settle down will move to the suburbs. Younger people who still like to go out and live a more day to day lifestyle stick to the cities, while developed families will go somewhere where suburban development is prevalent.

Communities in the suburbs are very different than a city environment. The suburbs are much more wholesome, and the people who live there are usually similar in their particular qualities. For one, they are almost always in the same tax bracket and make close to the same amount of money. They are also usually similar in the way that they are families. Not many single people live in the suburbs for a prolonged amount of time, but families are usually looking for a place that is developed for families.

When a family is looking for a place to start their lives, a good community is a large part of their decision making process. Being able to trust your neighbors is important to the way you treat your home. I personally know that my neighbors around my home would come through if I ever needed them which makes it much easier to sleep at night. Your neighbors can be very good or very bad and that can make or break a community.

Neighbors are crucial to the community aspect of the suburban lifestyle. The trust that people put into their neighbors to watch over their homes and the reciprocation of that trust is very important to the whole of the community. Without that trust, there is no sense of community. There is much less of a reason to call it a community that can rely on each other if there is no trust in your immediate neighbors. Suburban development is a key to this whole situation because of the amount of change that occurs from building houses to making parks for children.

If you do not trust your neighbors, then you will have more problems than just worrying about your own family. Having issues with your neighbors can be not only cause you to worry about someone you don't know harming your family, you have to worry about your neighbors causing unnecessary. That is stress that no one needs in their lives, especially a family with a young child.
