It's tough for me to chat about Love without getting amazingly "spiritual" so I won't even try! I think that Love isn't just an emotion, it's a real energy that somehow links us all at a deeper level. Now, you can agree with me or not but I do invite you to check this out before you suspect I could be a total quack. Get your companion to lie down ; face up or face down, it is of no importance. Think about the incontrovertible fact that before you lays another Soul who, like you, is pacing their way thru life, regularly suffering, infrequently feeling cheerful, learning all the time, attempting to better themselves, trying to overcome the Problems that growing up and education could have prompted. We're all frail, we are all wanting love and comradeship and proximity.
Additionally, in each one of us there's a Divine spark, something simply superb that may express itself during any creative process. Allow the love for your friend to flow. Pardon them for the minor irritations or annoyances they prompt in you now and then, and recognise that you yourself regularly spur the same kind of irritation or displeasure in your better half.
It is not only about lovemaking. When your heart is open and you are feeling the love flowing, place your hands on you partner's body and permit them to rest. Listen. Be aware of the messages their body is sending. Permit your hands to move where your instinct advises. Don't think. Don't massage. Just rest your hands and feel. Apply pressure according to what you are feeling is right, or "wash" your mate's body with sweeping movements ( typically they are going from the centre of the body towards the outlying regions ). When you are feeling you are done, lie down next to your companion and wait for them to come out of the relaxation. Talk about the sorts of sensations you had and how you feel toward each other, and what's modified since before the exercise.
If you aren't in a stable relationship I advise that you Love at any rate. How is that possible? It's possible because all Souls are deserving of Love and you have to work on yourself until that becomes clear to you. "Bad" folks are actually only folks that are suffering, and if they're suffering it's potentially due to something or things which were inflicted on them during their lives by others - victims making other victims. We're all like that to a certain degree.
True unconditional Love can be life changing, and if you're a mature enough person to be willing to deliver that, then there is no methodology that will match what your mate will receive and give you back 10 times. With issues of ethicality apart, it's definitely possible to love extraordinarily in a "one night stand". Love shouldn't be enviously hoarded like it were some finite energy. The truth of the matter is the more Love you give, the more Love you have to give! So why can't you Love an individual you hardly know and nourish them with a life changing energy if you have got the chance, particularly realising this can just about instantly connect you to your better half and make the entire event notable?
Adopt Loving behaviour and she'll pull out all the stops and give herself to you totally. The "L word" comes in a three-some with other two words, the "H word" and the "R word" - Honesty and Respect. If you adopt Loving behaviour with the individual that lies before you and treat them with Truth and Respect, you can virtually not get that wrong! You will do no damage, but make a substantial number of pleasing and emotionally nutritive circumstances which will make you become a nicer person.
